Guides for the new frontier

Your business is sitting on data worth $100K to $3M.

Ranger Data guides established companies through licensing the data they already have to the labs building long horizon artificial intelligence.

15-minute intake · 2 to 4 week survey · most deals close within 30 days

Best fit: 10+ employees, years of history

Why it is worth something

AI labs have the whole public internet. What they do not have is how your people actually do the work: the decisions, the workflows, the real-world know-how your company built over years. That is what they are paying for.

Payouts

What your data can pay

$100K+

Solid operational data

Years of email, chat, tickets and records from an established team.

$500K+

Large-scale or multi-team data

Deep history across departments, or ongoing participation across the company.

$1M+

Rare and proprietary

Video, field operations, robotics and other data labs cannot get anywhere else.

How it works

Four stops, start to finish.

We have walked this route before. You will always know where you are on it.

  1. 1

    Intake (Trailhead)

Tell us about your company with a short intake. Takes about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Survey

We assess your data and map what it is worth. Usually two to four weeks, and you get a real number before you commit to anything.

  3. 3

    Anonymize (The Crossing)

An independent third party strips names and identifying details. You review the result before you approve anything.

  4. 4

    License (The Frontier)

We license it to AI labs and you get paid. Most deals close within 30 days.

What qualifies

Everyday records.

If your company has been running for years, you have already made the thing labs want. More years of history and a bigger team mean more value. The best fit is companies with 10 or more employees and a real operating record behind them.

  • Email and chat archives

Years of how your people actually talk and decide.

  • CRM and sales history

Quotes, pipelines, wins and losses over time.

  • Support tickets

Real problems and the real answers your team gave.

  • Call recordings

Conversations with customers, vendors and crews.

  • Operational records

Scheduling, inventory, service logs, field reports.

  • Video

Training footage, site walkthroughs, recorded meetings.

Industries

If this is your business, this is for you.

  • Construction and trades

Job logs, crew communications, site photos and project histories.

  • Logistics and transportation

Dispatch records, routing decisions, fleet and warehouse operations.

  • Manufacturing

Production logs, QA processes, maintenance and safety records.

  • Healthcare services

Scheduling, intake workflows and operational documentation (fully anonymized).

  • Professional services

Engagement histories, workpapers, review processes and internal knowledge bases.

  • Field services

Service tickets, technician notes, inspection reports and call recordings.

Who buys

The labs building artificial intelligence.

The world's leading AI research labs license proprietary data to train their models. They already have the public internet. What they do not have is the working knowledge of a company that has done real work for decades.

That is where you come in. We handle the introductions, the terms and the paperwork.

Frontier labs already trained on the public internet. Now they are paying for the working knowledge only real companies have.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Who stays in control of my data?+

You do. You keep your originals and keep running your business exactly as you do today. A license grants specific, agreed-upon use. It is not a sale of your company or a handover of your systems, and nothing moves until you approve it.

How much is my data worth?+

Most deals we guide land between $100K and $3M. Value depends on how many years of history you have, how many people generate it, and how unusual your field is. The survey gives you a real number before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?+

The intake takes about fifteen minutes. A survey usually takes two to four weeks. From there, most deals close within 30 days.

What if my data has customer information in it?+

That is common, and it is handled. An independent third party removes names, contact details and other identifying information before any data is licensed. You review what that looks like before you approve the deal.

Who sees our data?+

Two parties: the independent anonymization partner and the licensed AI lab, both under agreement. We never sell your data to anyone else, and nothing moves until you approve it.

What happens when the license ends?+

The license covers a specific agreed use and period. When it ends, the lab deletes the data per the agreement. You keep your originals forever.

Do we have to change how we work?+

No. You keep running your business exactly as you do today. We work from the records you already have.
